Basically a point where you direct your Thrust. For example, if I want to punch your nose, then I will direct my thrust at your nose, not your arm. It will also be a straight line effort -- not a 'hook' type punch.

How do I use it?
Choose an Aiming Point on your Plane Line. It can be the Ball itself.
From the Top of your of your Stroke, draw an imaginary line from your Right Forefinger to your selected Aiming Point. Then carefully direct your Thrust along this line and through the Aiming Point, not just to it. It always feels as though your Hands are going straight down, never up or in an arc.

Notes
Using the Aiming Point automatically incorporates Plane Line Tracing.
Move Aiming Point forwards for shorter clubs, and backwards of longer clubs. This is because shorter clubs reach their In-Line condition (with the Left Arm) sooner than longer clubs.
Just because you are Monitoring the Downward Thrust of your Hands does not mean you are Thrusting with your Hands and Wrists which inevitably causes Over Acceleration and Clubhead Throwaway. Thrust is either Centrifugal for Swinging (Rotating Pivot creating Throw Out Action) or Muscular for Hitting (Right Arm Linear Thrust).
Violence is not the answer.

Can you give us the LAZY example for how you FEEL CF Thrusting your Hands Down and Through the Aiming Point.

You need anger management man.
