Do I hear applause?
This is probably in the wrong place to be posting this but since I didn't start it... I've found the old 'Clapping' pushup to be very helpful for explosive triceps power. Initially, I pretty much just had to 'explode' to get a clap but as time goes on I can actually time the 'explosion' so it more approximates what we might do in a swing... in other words, not from the top but closer to the ball. A trainer re-introduced me to these after I separated my shoulder (slight A/C separation). I'd probably like to hear what Vicki thinks about all this......
