Shoulder stroke - Lead Left Shoulder??
with the shoulder stroke, MUST you use your right shoulder FEEL to power the stroke, OR may you feel like your left shoulder pushes the "triangle" back and pull it through????

I use to put left hand low and now conventional. The FEEL of the left shoulder leading the stroke feels more natural to me than the right (for now anyway, made the switch 2 months ago, indoors).
