Gripping the club in the right palm should align the clubshaft with the right forearm (not the upper arm). If you want to look at a pretty good picture (assuming you have Version 6 of the book, check out the picture in 9-2-2 #2 on page 124. As you will see, her right forearm may appear to be a bit higher than some of us are used to...however, after building this feel into your Machine, you will start to enjoy it! Also, it is very common for hitters to start the pick-up/takeaway from Impact Fix. You can reference Diane in the picture just left of the one I referenced above!
