Sounds like you have already named it....The Shoulder Frame Stroke. Just kidding. I know of three....the shoulder only stroke, the arm only stroke, and the wrist only stroke. Obviously there are lots of variations. It is different that you would feel a pull in your left arm and I would first recommend working on your component alignments. However, it may be that is the way you "feel" it. Give me more info...
