Can't speak for everyone, but if my right wrist is Bent, Level, and Turned at the end of startup, then all that's left is making sure the right wrist stays frozen in it's impact fix degree of bend through impact.

So that insures a flat left wrist.

Now for #3. From the top or end. Feel #3 load and then hold that degree of pressure while tracing a straight plane line through impact into the follow through. The pressure at loading is critical. It all depends on whether the shot at hand is full power or not. Heavy is the long ball, light is the finesse shot. The load on that little index finger will tell the pivot how much acceleration is needed.

The monitoring is ALL #3 for me. The flat left wrist takes care of itself as long as the right wrist behaves. I'm swinging, so the pivot carries the flat left wrist into follow through.

I got that hat too. I'm with you on #3. . . BUT what about Hinging Swivel? And Uncocking? And didn't Mr. K say . . . "If people had a flat left wrist they would break 80 tomorrow?" The Flat Left Wrist is . . . Imperative Numero Uno.
