2. Backstoke to Top
3. Hip Slide (no rotation, SLIDE)
- Shoulder remains ONLY movement is hips
4. Straight Down the Line
Do Slow tillyou get the Feeling
You should be able to feel PP#3 at the TOP and Down Through.
How much you slide your hips is definitely limited by the movement that would disrupt the plane (shoulder position in this case)

What keeps it going back to the Top or End?
Something must be used to start the club in motion. What do you guys do?
Something keeps it going to the Top or End. Muscle activity... or momentum...what do you do?
