Here, the Right Elbow becomes the center of the Stroke, instead of the Left Shoulder. For the Swing version use 10-19-C. Now... For a Tomasello Variation... Set up with Fix Hands and Freeze your right wrist. Keep the right elbow in the same relationship to the right hip as at setup(pointing to the hip). "Do not pull the right arm behind you." Now use a Rotated Shoulder Turn and cock your right arm what Feels like straight up, and then straight down. The Feel will be of uncocking the arm down just inside your right foot. Now, allow the "endless belt effect, and #3 Accumulator to work. Finish with the classic "machine finish." The Tom Tomasello threads have much more information on these things.
