OK I got the relation of #3 Accumulator Angle and the Right Elbow Location now. . . Mr. K said that the typical fault is for the Right Forearm to come into impact too HIGH. He said if it is too high . . . THEN THE #3 Accumulator Angle is thus DESTROYED and its residual Transfer Power is gooooooone.
