Ironically, the reason is that Tiger's hit impluse interupts CF. The more he tries to 'manually' square up with a thrusting right arm, the more open the clubface. In short, he is trying to move his hands faster than he can support while swinging, which while far, far, faster than the majority, is currently too fast for even Tiger. Given his current grip, which is in a much weaker position than 2000, forces him to rotate the lead forearm quickly and smoothly to save the shot. The more on plane, the easier that rotation becomes. A better 'swinging' tempo, and he doesn't have to 'do' so much with his hands beyond on plane rotation. __________________ "Support the On Plane Swinging Force in Balance" "we have no friends, we have no enemies, we have only teachers" Simplicity buffs, see 5-0, 1-L, 2-0 A and B 10-2-B, 4-D, 6B-1D, 6-B-3-0-1, 6-C-1, 6-E-2 EdZ View Public Profile Send a private message to EdZ Find all posts by EdZ
