Miracle At Falcon's Fire

Picture this if you can, I am approaching the range and I first see Yoda standing behind Brian, hand on hip with a very watchful eye, honing the machine. Cool, right?, It gets better. Just off to Yodas left I now see the daunting figure of Ernie Els, striking balls under the scope of the infamous Leadbetter himself. There, in a perfect picture, stood Master Yoda and his prized pupil, along side Els and Leadbetter, on the Grand stage. My first thought was of a quote from Tiger Woods, "Hello World".

And this was only the begining of a truly special weekend. I arrived at Orlando with my game in the worst shape it had been since I started playing. I was the man with a hundred swings, plagued by all the misguided information that can be found on the internet, thinking I had found the answer almost every other day. I told Lynn, Ted and Jeff that I wanted to leave Sunday with a personalized pattern and a map to improvement in my golf game. And trust me, LBG does not disappoint! It was a pleasure to gain insight and instruction from Lynn, Ted and Jeff, each bringing there own perspective to the stroke. But the beauty of it all was that the Geometry and the Genius of "The Golfing Machine" never waivered. And I have to give props to my main man Bucket, the visuals and tips that he provided allowed me to get a grasp on what I was trying to do.

Again, Thanks for a great experience LBG, a truely first class operation. When we started on Friday I was an aspiring fisherman, but I left on Sunday a "Golfing Machine".
Check out the photos below to see how 8cork's miracle unfolded. They were taken the morning of the third day.

#1 Steve Jessee (8cork) and Ted Fort discuss one of TGM's least understood concepts -- the Angle of Approach Delivery Line for Hitters. Before you can "do it" you must first understand it. In 8cork's case, the ability and desire were already in place, and only the understanding was lacking. When he added that final piece to the puzzle, it made all the difference.

#2 Setting up to drive toward 'right field.'

#3 A perfect Address. Note Steve's On Plane Right Forearm. Also, the Ball toward the toe of the Club Soled...but on Center for Impact.

#4 LBG Academy Instructor Jeff Hull (L) watches as The Miracle unfolds. Student Mark Nichols (R) examines the damage done to his own #3 Pressure Point in the preceding 48 hours.

#5 Completely oblivious to all the above, 12 Piece Bucket fiddles with the long putter. The man definitely hears another drummer...
