ANSWER . . . left arm only swings. Feel you massive rotor (yeah baby!) load your #4 pressure point from the feets up. Start down waggles left arm only. I have come to the conclusion that when swinging a proper start down is critical. You are blasting the club into its oribit and from there your job is not to disrupt that orbit . . . be that with your right arm or an effort to steer the clubhead to the target and not DOWN PLANE.

Once you can bang some divots out of the ground left arm only put your right hand on the club but be continually aware of #4 and #2 for awhile since you have been so focused on the #1 and #3 pressure points in hitting. Blast that primary lever assembly into its on-plane orbit and let the club SLING OUT. SLING THAT SUCKER OUT WITH A LEFT WRIST THROW . . . and it is OUT OUT OUT . . . DOWN AND OUT.
