The reason I asked my question is that my full swing distance with a 48 degree pitching wedge is 130 yards with Swinging and only 105-110 with Hitting and I am trying to figure out why the disparity. I can tricep press 20# 10 times with right arm only; probably not very good. But, for someone who is 6'2" and wears a 35" sleeve, it seems I ought to be getting more leverage with a Hitting procedure. I think you should. There could be any number of reasons. I find often that Swingers lose a good Release Point when trying to Hit. Firstly, because the Right Arm Throw is so foreign, you must learn a new feel through the new mechanic. Then it must be timed. The Start Down must be slow, then it has to be a crescendo of acceleration. __________________ Yoda knows...and he taught me! For those less fortunate, Swinging is an option.
