You can do most anything...as long as you compensate for it if necessary. If you cock your right wrist a bit going back, it'll need to get back to level by impact, no? If you're hitting good shots with a slightly cocked right wrist, then you're probably compensating just fine.

Don't change it if it's working, but consider what you are doing in your other pattern that doesn't allow you to hit the shots you want with the long irons.
