The shaft is not in the lifeline of the left hand, instead the left wrist feels almost uncocked.

As for getting the right forearm onplane with the club shaft, all that takes is a little bend in the right elbow.

This setup definitely aids in keeping the spine angle constant and more importantly, keeps the shaft onplane maximizing power transfer ratio and straighter shots.

Addressing the ball back in the stance like the article recommends aids the golfer in turning more on top of the ball and maintaining the tripod or stationary head.
