I just wanted to post a reminder for everyone to address their fluid intake as we move into spring and summer weather. There is a great post that pluthb started in mid March and titled Water Intake. I would encourage everyone to read thru the posts. I don't want to consolidate and repost because I found the development of the individual posts to be fascinating.
Trigolt, a triathelete, posts some fabulous suggestions and I think we can all respect the authority he has gained thru his physical experiences.
