I hear you Edz, but, I think Hogan represented his feeling BEST as it relates to what he was feeling and doing with HIS swing. He felt he could benefit from utilizing his right hand, and even felt he could benefit from three of them (probably overexaggerated, but, he made his point). Clearly he was a swinger, and clearly he used his right hand for something........, and that something was an action through the ball.

Maybe it was just a power move (thrust), maybe it was squaring the head via rotation, but, by his words, it didnt seem to be a passive, supporting role.
