Actually she's not using it in the manner advised by the creator. You're supposed to look like you're taking a slap shot with a hockey stick--hands much further apart and body almost facing the target. I was involved in a thread on rec.sport.golf discussing it. I predicted that in a couple of years you could buy one from the discount barrell right next to the E-club. But then I got an unsolicited email from the inventor who offered to send me one for an extended trial. I thought the method had some merit but I couldn't see paying $130 for what was a rather basic anser-style head, a steel shaft, and a two piece grip. So I made one myself for about $25 and used a mallet-type head. I made it a little longer than the original so I could stand more upright which also allows it to be used as a true belly putter. I had some success on the living room carpet using it as a belly putter but it didn't translate to the course. Since I've committed to using it more like a hAMMY, I've been doing very well. One other thing I like about it is that it will be harder for the USGA/R&A to come up with language making it illegal!
