Thanks this video was great. I wanted to make sure i understood one part:

1. What are the benefits of adjusted address?

2. Is your right forearm still parallel to the shaft plane if you are in adjusted address? It doesn't look like it in this video.

3. When is it appropriate to start the body pivot in the right forearm takeaway? Should the left arm be stradling across the chest before you start moving the pivot?
