Thanks,
Drew. Nobody enjoyed the day more than me!
The highlight was watching you and brother
Brent swinging into a perfect Finish -- Station 3 / 12-3-12 -- shot-after-shot-after-shot. It was toward the end of our time together, and we had moved into the Total Motion. Your alignments were perfect! S-o-o-o different from what was happening early on. And both you guys were mashin' that ball and makin' it behave!
In his
Little Red Book,
Harvey Penick recounted the story of a student who had absorbed his instruction and hit a particularly satisfying shot. Said Penick:
“I hope that made you as happy as it did me.”
We teachers live for such moments, and I'm proud to report that I had more than a few with the Brothers Bulkin.
