Bernt, I've read your posts, you are a smart dude! You know a lot about the machine, and perhaps, that's what is holding you back right now. You are going too deep and missing some fundamental alignments.
Oops, I'm not Yoda, hopefully you don't mind if I take a stab and look forward to Yoda's thoughts as well?
Start with 7-2. I know it sounds strange, even though I really can't see your grip in that video, 7-2 has a lot of great info on setting up properly. In your first post you asked about knee bend and wist bend. Yoda taught me that those should be based around a level left wrist (right for you) at impact fix. The closer I can get to that position at address, the better off I will be.
In 7-2:

adjust the Knee Bend, the Waist Bend and the #3 Accumulator Angle (per 6-B-3-B) until the Left Wrist is Flat, Level and Vertical (4-0, 7- with the Clubface “Soled” and aligned per 2-J-1 and 7-6. The effect of Opening and Closing the Plane Line is discussed in 2-J-3-B and 6-E-2-2. Study 6-C-2-A and 10-23-0.

In my opinion, level is the piece you are missing, both at address and impact. You are setting up with your hands so low, you can't "feel" your way back at impact.
Looks at pics of Brian Gay's set up. Level left wrist (right for you) every time.
I hope you don't mind my interruption, but I just went through this myself, and it transformed my game. Your motion looks very good, let's start by getting you set up for success, and working on the feel of Impact Fix in your routine.
