The earlier the right elbow get into the mix, the fashionably later it will come to the party. I feel that my right knee should work in a little more towards my left, and that there should be some weight on the pad beneath my big right toe. As a result, not a cause. My goal is to eliminate the left side, outside of the vertical hinge option! And do so while hitting it as hard as I can. As you suggest hitting is all about manhood!
