Guessing Games
Time to resurrect this post from last year. 6bmike had challenged members to identify a famous female professional based on information he supplied. After a 'swing and a miss' at his question, I responded with one of my own...

In early 2000, LPGA legend Peggy Kirk Bell was having troubles with her game. She went to a certain male professional and, well, let's listen to her tell it in her biography, The Gift of Golf:
"Before long he had me straightened out. I was breaking my left wrist down through impact. I wasn't extending through the ball. I went from hitting a six-iron on the par-three third hole at Pine Needles to an eight-iron. Now I can't wait to get back out there. In fact, we've incorporated the drills ________had me doing into our golf schools. I'm sure _______ will one day be recognized as one of the great teachers of the game."
Now for the question...
Who was this professional?

If you guessed our own Annikan Skywalker, a.k.a. David Orr, you got it right!

You guys crack me up....It's all very flattering but I am just very blessed to hvae been surrounded with a lot of special and very talented people....I really cannot take any credit for what the good Lord has done in my life......
Here's a little gem for LBG from Skywalker.....
Kim Lewellen is someone who I have had the pleasure of caoching since 1992 when she was a struggling member of the woman's golf team at the University of North Carolina.... Together we developed her game to a higher level...but God instilled her... her physical talent, heart, determination, dedication, desire, work ethic,etc....Now as a mother of two boys and married to a fine gentlemen who is a minister, named John. Recently, she has accepted the position of the woman's golf coach at East Carolina University....
Here is a sequence of her last visit.....BTW she knows TGM without opening the book....

Congratulations David and Kim. Good student + good teaching = great results. Even my untrained eye can see the great extensor action, stationary head, bent right wrist at impact,......
Great job! Thanks for the photos. Dr Dave

Well done David and Kim - great stuff!
TGC finally allowing some credit where due. Fun, fun, fun!!!
I notice in the pics above that Kim keeps her left foot in a fairly 'square' position. Is this something you have done to help stablize her pivot? (hard to tell from this angle)
Mia also had this setup on the show. She really needs to work on 'full roll' Big chicken wing, just for you 12 Piece...
