Hope these ideas help.
When swinging, ANY use of Accumulator #1 is detrimental. It could be that you have some Hitter's "residue" that needs to be eliminated.
When swinging, pivot lag is essential to maintain the bent right wrist. If your pivot stalls during the downswing, especially the right shoulder, you will experience throwaway because the clubhead will overtake the hands too early.
