Two Carolinas PGA Professionals Earn Lynn Blake Certified Senior Instructor Status

First Lynn Blake Certified Senior Instructors in the Carolinas
EATONTON, GEORGIA – March 31, 2010
Rick Murphy and Curt Sanders, both long-term members of the Carolinas PGA, have completed all requirements for Lynn Blake Certified Senior Instructor Training and have been awarded the first Senior Instructor status in The Carolinas. Mr. Murphy, founder of Carolina Golf Academy in Greensboro, NC, is the 2008 Carolinas PGA Professional of the Year and the 2001 and 2009 Teacher of the Year. Mr. Sanders, Assistant Golf Professional at Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington, NC, is the 2008 Carolinas PGA Section Champion and 2009 Player of the Year.

It is gratifying that men of their stature have chosen to pursue our training,” said Meredith Kahan, Executive Director of the Lynn Blake Certified Instructor Program. “These gentlemen have blue-ribbon credentials, and they are a true credit to our organization and the game.”
