Ahhh, the notes !

It is always special when the Notes re-surface and sparks some great questions and debate. I keep a copy of this in my book. These will not be, as written, part of the 7th edition, so it is nice to keep a little bit more of Homer close by.

I love the section of the Geometry of the Circle. It blows my mind when people don't see the straight lines of a circle and just see the circumference.

Since I am working on a better hip motion, a slide and delay action. The notes to me are loaded with hip slide references. That feels good.

but.... this one:

"Impact - This is the point where Clubhead Lag is in its greatest
jeopardy. Keeping the Head behind the ball is not the complete
solution. You must keep the head and the Ball behind the hands. Their essential relationship is with the Hands - more than with each other. "

What a powerful impact position this conjures.
This is not what the rest of the golfing world does- the average Joe. Their order is clubhead, hands and head. THROWAWAY

If they only knew better.

got to love this stuff.

Thanks Vikram for bringing them back
