Come on guys ,I feel a bit lost here. Iknow i'm new but I don't think any of you are eliteist.I posted the "I need a lesson from yoda".How about .. am having trouble with my right elbow...when keeping the flying wedges intact my right elbow (and forearm ) ache like ####.Am i doing it right or wrong ?....

Somehow I missed your weekend post, but I've now found it and responded. Check it out.

Regarding your Right Elbow, any kind of pain is an obvious warning signal. Personally, I've never had even a twinge of Elbow or Forearm pain. I suggest you visit and post in the forum Fit For G.O.L.F. That is Vickie Lake's territory, and she is the best on subjects such as this. I'll be seeing her tomorrow morning for an 8 a.m. workout and will mention your post and tell her you may be posting your problem there.
