Hmmmm how does a swinger generate a full sweep release with a full swing??? DG Handspeed is important for Hitters and Swingers. Both have different ways in dealing with its slowdown during Release per my previous posts. There are only two Release Types: Automatic and Non-Automatic. There I go again...
