Delaware Golf, I should finally say something to you because you are so right. Once the TGM approach to performing your best stroke is applied, the 'exposure' for injury and discomfort and, frankly, poor performance is eliminated. I was drawn to TGM because I call my work alignment therapy, the geometry of the body. Homer Kelly was a master in understanding biomechanics. His work not only creates the opportunity for your best golf game, it creates the best opportunity to play this athletic game without the 'traditional' expectation of injury.
