For the 'lefty' that would be the Left
Forearm Flying Wedge.
Remember, the Left Hander's entire Right Arm lies within the plane of the perpendicular Right Wristcock Motion. Hence, the Right
Arm Flying Wedge. However, only the Left Forearm -- not the
upper Left Arm -- lies in the plane of the Clubshaft / Sweetspot. Hence, the Left
Forearm Flying Wedge.
