In Chuck's site, there is a video showing the takeaway difference between hitting and swinging. In hitting, it shows the right elbow pulling almost to the back to start, its does not feel the right forearm goes up. It feels very closed and flat. Is this one way for hitting instead of right forearm takeaway, i.e. less pulling from the elbow?

If I can remember correctly, RFP can be used for both Hitting and Swinging. The only difference between the two in the start up is that a Swinger will use a start up swivel where the left arm does a 1/4 turn and the left hand is then layed on the face of the plane.
The Hitter will still do RFP but without the start up swivel and the clubface feels as if its pointing towards the ball for longer.
If I have gotten this wrong, someone please correct me
