Why do you think people fail to have a CENTER? How do you fix those that don't? Holla back. A wheel that wobbles (out of balance) can't drive straight. It is both physics and geometry. A lot of folks fail to have a stable center of balance because they aren't flexible, or don't understand that the force you generate isn't about 'effort', but efficiency. Eyes closed practice with a heavy club, feet together is a great way to learn how to find your 'center'. __________________ "Support the On Plane Swinging Force in Balance" "we have no friends, we have no enemies, we have only teachers" Simplicity buffs, see 5-0, 1-L, 2-0 A and B 10-2-B, 4-D, 6B-1D, 6-B-3-0-1, 6-C-1, 6-E-2 EdZ View Public Profile Send a private message to EdZ Find all posts by EdZ
