18 months ago i was operated on for a perforated bowel,an incisional hernia repair followed about 10 months later and second repair happened six weeks ago so ive missed to much golf to think about. the only positive is that i had so much time on my hands that i found Lynns site!

ive been given the all clear that the operations gone as good as it can but incisional hernias are or can be recurrent. i want to start to make up for lost time but at the same time dont want to nd up back in surgery

Ive used pilates for core strength before but is this going to be to much to soon?

any advice would be gratefully received
