It is early days for you.Take it one step at a time.
You are learning how to not flip-so the feeling of proper impact alignment will feel strange for a bit.
When you get that down you will then hopefully progress to the next stage .
For what it's worth ,my advice would be to work on each stage and get each new move properly executed.
And study this forum.
