I agree with Edz you got some Bob issues . . . but I think they stem from your knee action. You left knee is "buckled" . . . if you look at that bunch of leaves just behind your head it's pretty much even with your melon at address . . . but into the ball you are WAY down. Check out your knees . . . I like the way you move the club . . . but with that knee action you have to be moving your Low Point around too much to be consistent. I'd say get your head where you want it at fix and try to leave it there. You need to feel more "left" and "posted up" on your left leg . . . like it's straightening. With that knee action I'd say you'll have a hard time getting your down and you low point infront of the ball.
