The right arm does not "blast off"-unless you are a leftie. The left arm is thrown off the chest by the pivot. The right arm is trying to straighten and the right wrist is trying to stay bent. Overacceleration-make sure you are PULLING all the way down -if you lose pressure in pp#3 you are overaccelerating.
