Cool sequence, thanks for posting!

What are the most important elements to "sit down" position? It's common in all sports, not just golf, to use the ground to create some leverage but this one has me baffled!

My snare is that my right leg "chases" down the fairway when attempting to create this leverage. How do I get left and and exert force through the right leg? Is it more a push off?
