By virtue of his
Mayakoba win and money list standing,
Brian Gay has qualified for the year's 4th and final major, the
PGA Championship.
Interestingly, the
PGA TOUR Instructor credential does not gain its usual access to the practice tee, locker room and clubhouse. Instead, the
PGA of America sends out an application for its own credential to those who coach a qualifying player.
I submitted my application by return fax, as requested.
Presumably, the credential is 'in the mail'.
