Thanks for this question. I find the MacDonald drills to be invaluable to getting myself back on kilter.
If I feel myself finishing a swing out of balance, I do a couple heel lifters while swinging my arms just to get that feeling back. The next swing I begin by lightly moving my heels in my shoes in a rhythmic manner and get into the swing. It works wonders for me.
