Swivel of Left Forearm and Hitting
I need some help in reconciling the "no swivel" for hitters versus the idea of "supporting the wall" with the right hand at top. seems to me that there is a fanning of the right forearm that combines with a swivel of the left forearm to get you on plane at the top. But I've been reading about "no swivel" for hitters.

Please help me understand this before I ingrain the wrong feeling in my practice!

I also wanted to add a follow on question -- does Hinge Action also apply to the back swing? In other words, does an Angled Hinge (no roll feel) also feel like a no roll (i.e. no swivel) going back, too, or just a no roll feel going through and past impact?
