Control the stroke with the right palm, letting the left wrist act as a hinge. Grasp the top of the grip with the left hand, then slide the right hand down the shaft (the shorter the putt, the lower the right hand).
Hmmm... so the farther down I grip the putter, the more the motion becomes exactly like tossing a ball underhanded with an extention of the right hand......
