Here in Ireland we would call wind like that a "Good Golfing Day"

Grinding It Out
Play in the weather-delayed Verizon Heritage resumed this morning at 'dark-thirty' -- 7:45 a.m. ET.

In the early-morning cold and wind, Brian Gay is 2-under at the turn and T9.

This guy is good!

You Know It Ain't Easy
In the cold and wind, Brian Gay today fired a final round 73 to finish at 4-under par 280 and T16. His effort earned $80,000.

Brian once again beat all but a handful of the world's best players on a very tough golf course under very difficult conditions.

It ain't easy being good!

Wonder if he could hook a brutha up with a loan? Mikey's saving up for the big operation and all.

Bucket will be a groupie at the Wachovia next month. Can't wait to see that action again live and in person . . . I even got me a new wife beater and some toof paste for the affair.

I plan on making my presence felt on TV too! Instead of hollerin' "UDAMAN!!!!" listen for Bucket's lispy southern drawl hollerin' "THERE AIN'T NO ANGLE OF APPROACH TO AN ANGLE OF APPROACH!!!! WOOOOOO!!! DOGGIE!!!" I'm pretty sure that will be all the rage in a year or two . . . y'all heard it here first!

It is true- up until last week I have been loaning Bucket vast sums of money- he is $1.3 million in debt to me- all used to buy game fixing gadgets. As of last week- I refused to loan additional money to 12 piece bucket- I have tired of the old line "But really this new gadget is the final piece of the puzzle!".

Plus, as he mentions - I am saving up for a new operation that will completely erase all memory of Bucket from my mind- very expensive but evidently a potential huge source of revenue for the surgeons- as they have had many, many requests for this very same surgery- including his wife (ooh!- ouch!)

Finally, I hate to give advice to the grease bucket but for the sake of all Southerner's- I would suggest that you yell "THERE AIN'T NO ANGLE OF APPROACH TO AN ANGLE OF APPROACH PROCEDURE!" "WOOOOO DOGGIE!"

I could say more but I need to go- I haven't been able to locate my medicine for the last couple of days and it is getting bad!
