Wasn't it in "A Ben Doyle Lesson -- Part I / Tire Trouble” where Ben asked
"What is the equivalent of a Flat Left Wrist" and the answer was
"A bent right wrist"?
Yes, the Left wrist is Flat because the Right Wrist BENDS, not the other way around.

Thanks 6b. It is these subtle nuances that can make all the difference. My Bent Right Wrist has been incidental to my intention to achieve the Flat Left Wrist. I will reverse it forthwith. Much appreciated.
Of course, you can set up with a Flat L and a Bent R at address or Impact Fix, too. Otherwise, the L will straighten as the R bends on take-away as Extensor Action snaps it In Line.
