Wouldn't this be the case?

You place your whole right forearm on the inclined table (on an inclined plane - just like placing your right forearm on the horizontal plane of the desk or table in front to you - just like massive wayback Yoda post on the right forearm). The forearm then moves up or down this plane to the extent the elbow bends or unbends. Going down the plane, the right arm will eventually become straight, then you start back up the inclined plane. Establish desired elbow bend at impact fix (during which the fixed pivot center (head) is established). Pivot responds properly due to motion of right forearm and due the fact that the center is established.
