LOL Didn't the Doctor tell you? Hernias are from Lifting and Pushing, not pulling.

By the way: 50 is the new 40.

Hernia
Well Ted, I had both sides done at the same time. Usually when one side goes, the other one goes as well. I am glad mine went at the same time......

So you walk around like an 90 year old for a few days....

Mine was in my belly button. So, they didn't have to travel that far south. I looked a little like Tim Conway blistering a trail to the bathroom, yesterday.

Hi Ted,

How's the pain today? It's always worse the second day.

I've been up and around all day. I'll be going back to work tomorrow or Thursday. It's a little sore, so I've been taking Tylenol. I'm not about to take the hard stuff.

I think Basic Motion is my only option.

I didn't use anesthesia. I chewed on a leather strap.

I remember about 10 seconds after they injected something into the IV, then I woke up. It was a total blackout from start to finish.

The doctor gave me 30 Vicodin for pain. I told him I was a Hitter, and I didn't need pain medication. Much to the disappointment of the guys on Central Avenue, downtown Atlanta, I'm flushing the pills. I don't know what the street value is, but they're going for a swim. The fishies may be swimming backwards for a few days.

I don't know if it was using the speed chain that I had tied to the two anvils, five bowling balls, and 1978 Lincoln Continental OR the two pushups I did last month.

You Hitters are really funny. All these years everyone says "it's not how much effort". Then you guys buy speed chains. lol. I'm sorry for your pain, I really am. I hope you get better soon.
