Hi Jeff,

I just want to give you a big Congratulations for your outstanding effort in the PGA National Championship this week. I wish I could have been there to watch you play.

Get'm next year.

I echo this. If I had realized you were playing on Sunday, I'd have made the trip down to French Lick.

I wish I would have posted that I was playing. I really do not like to "self-promote" and in the past I would have responded or even "blogged" about the event if asked. I forgot that you were just up the road, my fault.

Thanks, I wish I could have putted better. Ball striking was great, putting not so good. I hope to get back next year.

Anytime I even drive through french lick and mention it to somebody, I'm asked - "Did you see Larry Bird?". So, did you?

No. When I last played in French Lick I was 17 and I saw Larry then (I think it was 1983?). He was wearing gym shorts and knee high tube socks. That still seems to be fashionable there today.

PING i15 irons 5-pw
PING tour series wedges 50, 56, 64
PING G15 hybrids (23 and 20 degree)
Ping i15 3 wood
PING G15 9 degree driver
Bridgestone B330s ball

I substitute 4 iron and 5 wood depending on the set-up.
