The MacDonald drills. The pictures are silly, the text is basic, the results are MAGICAL!!!

I have to review these some more. Right-left, right-left. Right?

You got it.

In addition, Rick Murphy, YODAs protege, does a wonderful job discussing their simplicity in his Golf Channel video!

I send a bit of time in Miami at the Doral. Having spent a lot of time on the range I have overheard Jim and his assistants in their teaching.

Interestingly they pretty much teach one pattern. Its by no means a bad one, its pretty good stuff. Not the variety one would expect from someone who has this particular criticism.

Jim McLean on Brian Gay.
He wrote this on YouTube.
Quote:
Has Brian ever been a top ball striker on tour? He putts it often but has worked with quite a few teachers over the years. Not developed by TGM.

Any suggestions on what to answer?

Air, I wouldn't waste any time or energy. Looks like taking a page out of another teachers playbook on how to develop interest in his brand by trashing the leaders...

Responding to these types of challanges is a waste of time. Mclean is the least method teacher of all the top teachers, and he has studied TGM, he told me so. No one ever wins in these types of back and forths!

Yoda spent 2 hours going through this on our first day, together. I still do this drill. When i come over the top on the course, I correct before the next shot by doing this drill slowly.

Yesterday I did Right-Left-Right-Left-Right-Left before every tee shot. I can't believe how much better I am getting to my left foot at impact. AMAZING!
