lost swing
I was playing in a tourney last week when it "happened",I lost my swing completly, had my lie angles redone and clubs regripped the day before. The situation called for a turnaround somewhere, and I was lucky ,simply turned back into a hitter for remaining 14 holes, got a "A" H/cap win at least,my point is....how good is it to be able to have reliable alternate pattern to fall back on............staying with it for the near future,my cocern at this point is that while my irons deserted me my driver was still solid in swing pattern,is it OK to play with both,I might add I did stay with swing on small chips

It is definitely ok to use both however u need to understand their differences, account for them and make sure one does not influence the other which can be difficult when switchig back and forth this is why homer preferred that all your patterns be the same from putt to drive well at least the same loading action. It's easy to confuse the machine and switchig between loading can be tricky
