How does Jim Hardy´s one plane swing fit into the TGM system?
In short, his one vs two plane swings represent the different generally compatible components for a setup with a lot of bend from the hips, vs less bend from the hips at address and all the adjusted alignments involved with each of those two setup options.

And it seems to me that bending from the hips between Hardy's two extremes is probably about ideal.

The reason you can't sustain the lag is because you are so eager to make the club move fast (a reaction to the intent of "hitting it far"). So on a full shot you throw it away too early, which doesn't happen for your short chip. (bts)
