Contrary to popular opinion -- and many misguided methods of years past -- the Right Foot and Knee do
not 'kick off' the Hip Turn. In fact, it is vice versa:
The uncoiling Left Side -- with its opposing force exerted against the ground --
pulls the Right Knee forward and the Right Foot off the ground.
The Knees support that Motion . . .
And the Feet accomodate.
